With 42 years of experience in the international market and 19 years in Romania, HN Services means:Digital transformation and IT professionals;Diversity of technical roles;Wide IT market exposure in different domains of activity;A dedicated internal training center for software development.💡 We, at HN Services Romania, are expanding our team, and we are looking for new, experienced Technical Support Engineer level 2 who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.Specifically, you will be required to: • The SWIFT Flows Management Department has implemented a shared SWIFTNet platform to manage the Group’s SWIFT exchanges. The platform hosts 90 entities of the Group. All SWIFT services are used — FIN, FIN+, FileAct, InterAct, and Browse — through SWIFT Alliance Access and SWIFT Alliance Gateway interfaces. An internal application (SWING) ensures communication between the Back Office applications and the SWIFTNet FIN interfaces (SWIFT Alliance Access).The Exchange Systems Hub (HSE) handles projects and monitoring related to SWIFT exchange platforms, Mass Payments, Instant Payments, and High-Value Payments. It is also responsible for banking operations management in the areas of Mass Payments (ALISE), Instant Payments (IP), and High-Value Payments (PFP-ELAPS).Responsibilities:Within the GFL/HSE department of Société Générale, the Technical Support team is responsible for:Managing incidents in real time and post-incident (hot and cold)24/7 flow monitoringProviding technical assistance to Customer Support – Level 2Delivering internal presentations on platform developmentsPreparing and executing deployment activities (Routing and Interventions)In practice, you will be expected to: Monitor and assist with the configuration of the production SWIFTNet platform applications (SNAP, OTAWA, SWING/STARS) based on documentation provided by the HSE/PJT/SWI team.Prepare and perform SWIFTNet platform maintenance operations (timelines, procedures): a) In coordination with HSE/PJT/SUI teams and IT (Transactis) teams, prepare platform upgrades carried out during the week or on weekends. b) Ensure the availability and consistency of reference documents (timelines, configuration files, release letters, procedures). c) Verify the quality of technical documentation before production deployment to guarantee the integrity and security of SWIFT flows. d) Perform post-maintenance analyses to identify potential optimization opportunities.Manage incidents and action plans: a) Secure incidents. b) Conduct post-incident analyses to identify possible areas for improvement. c) Follow up on action plans related to production incidents.Oversee and draft procedures related to supervision, including: Flow management, incident management, production deployment timelines, contact sheets, and business continuity/disaster recovery processes.Develop training plans for supervisors (internal and external) to maintain their skill levels and ensure knowledge transfer regarding SWIFT infrastructure updates to the Production teams.Participate in meetings with Transactis or SWIFT (incidents, developments, etc.).Collaborate with the team manager in Chennai on tracking the actions performed by the night and weekend teams.Monitor and execute projects in coordination with the Production teams and the HSE/PJT/SUI team.Conduct incident analyses and write Post Mortem reports.Technical skills:You are bilingual: English and French at an advanced level (B2+/C1)Knowledge of SWIFT applicationsUnderstanding of production operations (flow monitoring, incident management, action plan tracking, etc.)Ability to lead and organize meetingsBehavioral skills: Strong analytical, synthesis, rigor, and autonomyRespect for standards and methodologiesTeam spiritUnderstanding of risks associated with flow managementAdaptabilityFlexibility in working hours in case of incidentsWorking schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00, 3 times/week at the officeOnly eligible candidates will be contacted for further information and start of the recruitment process
