Job Description

About the Job:To deliver high-quality technical training programs (classroom and on-the-job) that enhance the technical capabilities and compliance of technicians and site employees across infrastructure and energy projects. Ensures delivery meets client (e.g., SEC, ARAMCO) requirements and internal competency frameworks.Responsibilities:Training DeliveryFacilitate technical training aligned with SEC, ARAMCO, and OSHA requirements.Support site-based learning and mentoring programs for Saudi technicians.On-the-Job CoachingProvide structured on-site coaching and guidance for trainees during work permit, C1/C2, cable joining and other activities.Document progress and competency improvements observed in real work environments.Curriculum ImplementationImplement training modules based on approved content, SOPs, and industry codes.Customize delivery based on trainee levels and language proficiency (Arabic/English).Assessment & EvaluationConduct pre-/post-training assessments and practical skill evaluations.Maintain training records, attendance logs, and evaluation scores.Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily/weekly training progress reports to the L&D Supervisor.Ensure accurate documentation for audit and compliance reviews.Safety & ComplianceEmbed safety practices and compliance principles into all training.Ensure alignment with site HSE regulations and permit-to-work processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on expertise in one or more domains: Electrical Works / HV-LV / Civil Works / Safety / WPR / C1/C2Knowledge of Work Permit Systems, Cable Jointing, Testing & CommissioningProficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and LMS platformsTeam collaboration Communication and follow-up Customer-oriented attitudeAccuracy and reliability Initiative and ownership Time management and confidentialityDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field.Certified Trainer or Assessor (preferred: OSHA / TVTC / CTT+ / TOT).3+ years of experience in technical training, ideally in infrastructure, utilities, or oil & gas.Familiar with SEC, ARAMCO, or equivalent technical standards.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
