Members are rewarded with meaningful incentives, ensuring their sincere participation.We are looking for a Technical Writer who can turn complex engineering concepts into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and maintain technical documentation for our products, tools, and internal processes.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand system behavior and new features.Produce clear guides, release notes, onboarding materials, and developer documentation.Ensure all documentation is consistent, structured, and aligned with company standards.Manage and organize internal documentation and knowledge bases.Review and refine existing materials for clarity, accuracy, and usability.Work with product, design, support, and QA teams to gather and confirm information.Make technical concepts understandable for both technical and non-technical audiences.RequirementsProven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-focused environment.Ability to understand backend and frontend concepts and translate them clearly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information logically.Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Notion, Stoplight, and Markdown.Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.Proactive approach and willingness to dive into technical details.Nice to HaveExperience documenting APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms.Understanding of software development lifecycle and tools such as Jira or Linear.Basic ability to read PHP, Laravel, or JavaScript/Vue.js code.Experience working with distributed or remote teams.Why Join Prime InsightsWork with a highly skilled international engineering team.Influence documentation standards and build processes from the ground up.Opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.Competitive compensation and a supportive culture.❗Important: We are not considering freelancers working on multiple projects simultaneously.
