Your Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION planning and conducting internal communication: intranet, mailings, direct communication, communication meetings (online and offline), initiating and conducting activities in the field of employer branding, including setting schedules of eb activities and their coordination, creating content for social media and a company website and copywriting support, developing and updating internal company materials, planning and implementation of activities in the field of internal branding and corporate culture; initiating and implementing incentives, e.g. competitions/creative shipments/events/team-building actions, initiating and implementing CSR activities, support in the day-to-day administration of the office (infrastructural projects, communication with the subcontractors), preparation of purchase requisitions (SAP ACE system). What Do We Expect an action-oriented person with the ability to learn quickly, high personal culture and ability to cooperate with various social groups, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced skills in handling applications from the Microsoft 365 package, commitment, motivation, "can-do attitude" and organizational skills, strategic thinking - the ability to identify challenges, analyze situations, set goals and plan actions, very good command of the English language (minimum B2 level), preferably graduating from major studies in the field of PR, journalism, marketing, philology (Polish, English) or related, experience in the abovementioned area will be an added value.
