Are you someone who loves turning complex IT processes into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation? ✍️We’re looking for a detail-oriented, team-driven, and heart-centered IT Technical Writer who’s not just after a job — but wants to make an impact.✨ What you’ll do:Design and document IT systems, procedures, and governance controls clearly and thoroughly.Collaborate with technical teams to capture processes and translate them into well-structured documentation.Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and supports smooth operations.Review and test documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.👀 We’re looking for someone who:Holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.Has 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, IT Governance, or IT Policy specialist.Is organized, documentation-oriented (not allergic to writing 📝).Communicates well in English.Has solid common sense and critical thinking.Is not 100% introvert — enjoys connecting with different people daily.Appreciates good teamwork (and good coffee ☕).Keeps a sense of humor, stays calm under pressure, and isn’t afraid to speak up.Believes in testing — and re-testing — for perfection.📍 Location: Jakarta🕓 Type: Contract, Hybrid
