Role SummaryThe main responsibility of the Technician is to perform high quality repairs and maintenance. The Technician’s competencies and a continuous improvement of the technical knowledge and skills in combination with a commercial mind-set, will ensure high level performance and customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers, on time delivery and safety at work is achieved by following defined processes, standards and guidelines. The Technician contributes to Scania’s profitability and safety on our roads.Applicant Must Meet These Minimum Requirements▪ Matric certificate or N3 or equivalent▪ Qualified Diesel Technician with Trade Test Certificate▪ Must have MINIMUM of 3 YEARS Experience NOT- NEGOTIABLE▪ Previous workshop Experience with repairing and maintaining heavy vehiclesCompetencies – these will be tested in the interview should you be shortlisted:▪ Products and Services▪ Repair and Maintenance▪ SHE▪ Using Information Technology▪ Customer Focus and Team Work
