As part of the broader Australian Steel Products portfolio, Springhill is a key business unit within Manufacturing that produces and supplies steel for building and manufacturing applications. The site includes three main processing departments: Cold Reduction, Metal Coating Lines and the Finishing Paintline.In this essential role, you will focus on uncoated products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, manage and deliver profitable product advancements that improve product and process capability across the business. You will also: contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment work within the manufacturing plant to ensure product quality and consistency support ongoing development of products that meet and exceed customer expectations assess and analyse data on uncoated products to identify opportunities for improvementMore About YouYou are driven, technically minded, and able to manage projects, solve problems and collaborate effectively across teams.
