About The CompanyOur client is a leading global semiconductor foundry company manufacturing microchips for use in the present and for the future. You will have the chance to work with engineers from other fields and process to resolve and improve current procedures.Job ResponsibilitiesNovel RFSOI device development.TCAD device simulation and deck calibration.Device test key design, layout, analysis.Device bench testing (DC/RF) and characterization.Device tuning, on time delivery, pass reliability qualification.Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skill Hands on TCAD simulation, layout skill is preferred.Hands on TCAD calibration, or RF characterization is a bonus.Familiar with TK design and layout tool.Familiar with DC-IV characterization.Experience in RF device characterization is a plus.Good communication and team work skill.Self-motived and avid learner.Job RequirementsPreferred Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.At least 2 years of working Experience in a semiconductor industrial, or lab experience.Proficient in the English language, written and spoken.Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.Self-motivated and avid learner.Able to relocate and work in Singapore.Working Location:SingaporeConsultant in chargeJason Wong | 012 688 8045 | jason.wong@hunters-in.com
