Our key platforms — Findadmission (student recruitment CRM and virtual events platform) and Worldview Pro (technical workforce training and deployment platform) — are transforming how institutions and businesses connect with students and certified technicians globally.Job SummaryThe Technology Sales Specialist will drive sales growth for Findadmission and Worldview Pro by identifying prospective clients, demonstrating product value, and closing deals with institutions, contractors, and corporate clients. This role combines consultative sales, relationship building, and technical product knowledge to expand Worldview’s reach and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage new business opportunities within educational institutions, agencies, contractors, and enterprises.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Findadmission and Worldview Pro solutions.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (university leaders, HR managers, business owners, etc.).Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.Gather client feedback to help shape product improvements and customer success strategies.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.Represent Worldview at industry events, exhibitions, and webinars.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or CRM sales (education or workforce tech experience is an advantage).Strong understanding of B2B consultative sales processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Goal-driven with proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to understand client pain points and align solutions effectively.Proficiency in CRM systems and online presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
