OverviewWe’re searching for a Graphic Designer with proven experience, ready for designing and producing a broad range of marketing collateral, including white papers, web pages, brochures, advertising, internal communications, direct mail, newsletters, infographics, site branding, events materials, email communications, PPTs, online campaigns materials, etc. The role will operate under the Head of Brand and Digital. Responsibilities Take a design from concept and apply it to multiple channels and formats, ensuring consistency and quality Translate design briefs into consistent, high-quality marketing materials Liaise with internal stakeholders to address their immediate design requirements Manage the creative delivery of marketing communications Manage corporate brand identity across all marketing materials to ensure brand integrity, campaign consistency, and visual standards Explore, recommend, and optimize creative concepts, design, and production methods Create templates for Marketing Managers in Canva Design and prototype responsive web and mobile pages using Figma Translate user needs into clean, intuitive interfaces Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of design experience within dynamic companies or agencies Ability to maintain standards while managing tight deadlines Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) Advanced in Figma for designing and prototyping responsive interfaces Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing design handoffs Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
