Monthly Salary: up to 500 USD as Monthly Fixed Salary + Quarterly & Yearly CommissionDETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONHierarchy Direct Reports: SCT Trade Marketing ManagerMission and Scope: In a world where virtual communication takes significant place in our work your mission will be to implement a new NAOS client relationship and route to market through call center.This new role will provide services and allow our pharmacies client to develop their dermo-cosmetic sales.Core Job ObjectiveCall Planning:Prepare monthly call plan by respecting the call frequency.Achieve daily call rate set by the management, ensuring all calls are effective and meet quality standards.Ensure that all scheduled calls are made in a timely and organized manner.Update customer database on a regular basis.Manage large amount of Inbound and Outbound calls professionally.Follow call center scripts when overseeing different topics.Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and E-mails.Achieve and maintain the SLA to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer support.Sell-In:Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets.Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell.Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.Process orders and handle customer inquiries.Effectively manage and address customer objections.Open new channels and expand the database.Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving processes and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with the respective teams to make sure all orders are invoiced and delivered on time.Coordinate with distributor sales teamProcess orders with NAOS admin team to fill in the order form as per customer PO, invoicing, verify sales vs PO, etc.Sell-Out:Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance customer loyalty.Ensure all sell-out tools are installed on time and utilize opportunities to install new visibility tools.Coordinate with Merchandising team to align on implementation date.Carry in-store activities to improve sell-out.Provide product knowledge virtual trainings and ensure all customers are equipped with the necessary information about the brand.Suggest and follow up on the implementation of the active programs to ensure successful execution and alignment with company goals.Conduct follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor and manage stock levels and expiry dates to prevent product shortages or overstock situations and expiry returns.Collect customer data and market intelligence reports (expiries, inventory, sell-out data…)Know-How Skills: Job related Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, sales analysis and reporting.Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets.Strong phone and verbal communication skills.Active Listening.Selling skills through call or video call.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service skills with a commitment to going above and beyond to assist customers.Presentation skillsEnglish and Arabic Language are a must.Education Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or PR.BackgroundMinimum of 2 years of Experience as Call Center Agent preferably in a sales-focused field.
