Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tele-Sales / Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage allocated key accounts and handle enquiries from the sales team — ensuring smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and operations. This role involves handling the full cycle from enquiry and costing to quotation, execution, and payment follow-up. A strong background in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics is essential, with the ability to manage customer communication professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all allocated key accounts and ensure prompt communication and service delivery.- Handle incoming enquiries from clients and the sales team, ensuring timely response.- Prepare costing and quotations in coordination with the pricing and operations teams.- Liaise with clients and vendors for shipment planning, execution, and updates.- Support the sales team in end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation.- Follow up for client payments and ensure timely vendor settlements.- Maintain updated records of quotations, shipments, and correspondence.- Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational and service excellence.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services. Requirements: - 5–10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics.- Strong understanding of freight operations, documentation, and pricing.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with freight management systems.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- DG (Dangerous Goods) certification is an added advantage.- Customer-focused with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
