As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.This position is at the forefront of the Extend Your Team’s growth strategy. It is a dynamic role that requires ingenuity in coming up and executing plans that propel the expansion of the business. You are a results-driven, highly experienced individual, an excellent communicator with a proven ability in turning initial sales calls to closed deals. You have made significant impacts and celebrated successes with your previous employers in growing the business by sharing the value proposition of the company and getting their interest to book an appointment with our BD Manager. If you are a professional with an extensive network, creative, resourceful, and driven to realize vision into reality, we’d love to meet you!As a Telemarketer, you will provide excellence by doing the following:Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offeringLearn details about our product and service offeringsAddress any questions or issues customers may haveCommunicate with customers to understand their requirements and needsOffer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilitiesSet appointments between potential clients and sales directorKeep an updated customer databaseMeasure identified KPIsAlways strive towards meeting sales quotaKeep records of calls and salesPrepare and present achievements and KIPsRequirementsDo you have what it takes to be our Telemarketer?Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:At least 5 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar roleProven record of meet quotaGood knowledge of sales tools such as CRM softwareWillingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefitsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsGood negotiation skillsMust be presently residing in the Philippines
