Telesales Agency Supervisor

Job Descriptions:Responsible for supervising and guiding telesales activities for MotorKu and MobilKu products based on New Channel data sources via Telemarketing. Ensures that all sales processes are carried out accurately in accordance with company procedures and regulations, while achieving sales targets in line with the organization’s performance standards.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Marketing or Communication.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing, preferably from multifinance, banking, or insurance industries.Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, company policies, and operational procedures.Good knowledge of financial products, especially vehicle financing.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Analytical, target-oriented, and capable of problem-solving under pressure.Willing to be placed at Tangcity Mall - Tangerang.
