Telesales Associate

Job title: Telesales AssociateSalary: Base plus monthly commission earnings. Allowance for Food and Travel included.Office location: Belgrade, Novi beograd, Spanskih Boraca 1 - Hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)Shifts: Based on rota and will include Public Holidays – Monday - Saturday: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12am-8pm and 1pm-9pm and Sunday: 10am-6pm.About the role:The role is responsible to receive inbound sales calls and queries, answering customer's questions, do outbound calls, respond to emails and chat on a timely manner and signing them up to their optimal service. We talk customers through the best ways to match Hyperoptic to their personal needs. We are looking for people with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn. Ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong English communication skills.What will you be doing?Engage with new customers through mainly inbound calls, with some outbound opportunitiesAnswer and convert the email enquiries and voicemails within agreed timescalesAssist and convert real time chat sales enquiriesUphold the company procedures and processesEnsure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfactionWhat we are looking for:At least high school degree and previous work experienceExperience in explaining a service or product to customersExcellent written and spoken English language skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsSales and negotiation skills (Desirable)Focus on product value as well as maintaining and improving high customer satisfaction levelAbility to work in a competitive environment with a lot of opportunities to achieve great results and contribute to the company's overall success Why work for us?
