Telesales Manager — Inovace Technologies Ltd. | [Dhaka / onsite]Inovace Technologies Ltd. is hiring a Telesales Manager to lead our inside sales team, drive consistent revenue, and build a high-performing telesales process that scales. If you’re equal parts coach + closer, and you know how to turn pipelines into predictable numbers—apply.What you’ll doLead, coach, and manage a team of telesales/inside sales reps to hit monthly and quarterly targetsOwn the full inside sales motion: lead follow-up, qualification, product pitching, closing, and handoverSet daily/weekly activity plans and track KPIs (calls, connects, meetings, conversion rate, revenue)Improve scripts, objection handling, and call flows; run training and role-plays regularlyMonitor call quality and performance; do 1:1 coaching and performance improvement plans when neededWork closely with Marketing on lead quality, campaign performance, and feedback loopsCollaborate with Product/Operations/Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention handoffBuild forecasting and reporting dashboards for leadership visibilityHire and onboard new reps; create a strong team culture focused on accountability and growthWhat we’re looking forProven experience in telesales, with 5-8 years in a team lead/manager roleStrong coaching mindset with measurable track record of improving rep performanceComfortable with targets, CRM discipline, reporting, and structured sales processesExcellent communication skills (Bangla + English preferred), negotiation, and objection-handlingAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments and keep the team motivated under pressureExperience selling [B2B/B2C] [software/services] is a plusWhat you’ll getCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives2 days of a weekly holidayFully Subsidized LunchYearly two-time salary reviewHow to applySend your CV to hr@inovacetech.com or tuhin@inovacetech.comOr apply via LinkedIn.
