Job Description

Job Purpose:The Tele Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships over the phone. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service and promoting company products or services.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services.Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.Build and maintain a strong customer database.Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.Handle customer objections professionally and effectively close deals.Ensure compliance with company sales policies and quality standards.Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.Language: English level B1 or above (good speaking and comprehension skills).Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or call center tools.Personality: Energetic, goal-oriented, confident, and able to handle rejection positively.Availability: Flexible to work in different time zones or shifts if required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments.Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.Knowledge of digital communication tools (Slack, email outreach, etc.).Compensation & Benefits:10,000EGP + Allowance + KPIs = Up to 15,000EGPOngoing training and development opportunities.Career growth within the sales or business development team.
