Job Description: Odoo Telesales RepresentativeLocation: Nasr CITYFull time - Onsite two days offDepartment: SalesReports to: Sales ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Odoo Telesales Representative with proven experience in selling the Odoo ERP software. Your primary mission will be to generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their unique business challenges, and effectively demonstrating how Odoo can provide the solution. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, playing a critical role in the top of our sales funnel.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation:Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted leads from marketing campaigns, purchased lists, and self-sourced prospects.Qualify inbound leads generated from websites, webinars, and other marketing channels.Identify key decision-makers within target companies (e.g., CEOs, Operations Managers, IT Heads).Needs Analysis & Solution Selling:Quickly assess a prospect's business processes, pain points, and current software stack.Articulate the value proposition of Odoo's integrated applications (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Project Management).Map prospect needs to specific Odoo modules and functionalities.Product Demonstration & Pitch:Deliver compelling and concise "first-look" demonstrations of the Odoo platform, tailored to the prospect's industry and specific challenges.Confidently handle objections related to cost, implementation time, and migration from existing systems.Pipeline Management:Meticulously manage and update all lead and prospect activities in Odoo CRM.Accurately forecast weekly and monthly pipeline and expected conversions.Nurture leads that are not yet sales-ready with follow-up communications.Handover to Sales Executives:Schedule qualified appointments and product demos for the Senior Sales/Account Executive team.Provide detailed notes and context to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMust Have:Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales or inside sales experience, specifically selling Odoo ERP software.Demonstrable understanding of Odoo's architecture, core modules, and common business use cases.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas in a telesales role.Experience with Odoo's CRM module for lead and pipeline management.Excellent phone presence, communication, and listening skills.Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and business-oriented manner.Nice to Have:Experience working for an Odoo Partner or Reseller.Odoo Certification(s).Knowledge of competing ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Zoho).Experience in B2B software sales, particularly SaaS or ERP.Personal AttributesResilient & Persistent: Thrives in a high-volume, target-driven environment and is not discouraged by rejection.Quick Learner: Able to rapidly understand new Odoo features and industry-specific workflows.Consultative Seller: Asks insightful questions to uncover real business problems rather than just selling features.Self-Starter: Highly organized and able to manage own time and priorities effectively with minimal supervision.Team Player: Collaborates effectively with the marketing and senior sales teams to drive overall company success.
