Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, offering suitable solutions, and driving sales growth. This role will include tasks such as engaging in customer service, providing training when necessary, and following up with clients to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The Specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address client needs effectively.Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients and team members.Sales expertise to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets.Experience in providing client Training to ensure the effective use of products and services.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong problem-solving skills.Previous experience in telesales or related fields is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
