Job DescriptionThis prospective incumbent is reporting to Branch Manager, Maybank (Cambodia) Plc with a primary role and responsibility to ensure grooming & uniform per the Bank’s standard and customer service. The jobholder is expected to serve banking transactions effectively and efficiency to all customers.Job Responsibilities Ensure that high quality counter service is rendered to all customers both internal and external. Handle of physical cash on hand to meet daily deposit or withdrawal by customers and to ensure that by end of the day cash on hand is balanced. Ensure that cash balance during the day is within the approved limit. Handle non-cash deposits i.e cheque pay-ins. and ensure that non-cash transactions are balanced with balance inquiry. Balance daily house cheques and outward cheques to ensure it is tally. Process the opening of accounts for Savings, Current and Fixed Deposits upon approval by the relevant officers. Handle all queries/request by the customers.Job Skills Communication SalesJob Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance/Economics or equivalent in related field. Sound working knowledge of support and service concept with proven ability to establish credibility and maintain and develop good relationship in the customer facing role. Self-motivated and driven with ability to drive and achieve targets to align with branch and possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Can speak Chinese/other language is a plus.
