PositionJob Title: Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter, West CoastReports to: Director, Talent AcquisitionMission: Full life-cycle recruitment for Retail roles, with a focus on retail recruitment while building strong relationships with Regionals, Boutique Managers and Corporate Partners.Job responsibilitiesTasks And ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Kickoff and Identification of NeedsIdentify/anticipate the recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment processSourcing Strategy and Talent PipeliningIdentify strong retail talents in each market; from sales associate positions in key markets to Boutique ManagersDevelop a “retail network” of contactsMystery shopping - visit the local markets and acquire a deep knowledge of each market specificity and needs.Ensure Talent Experience is in line with Luxury StandardsEnsure a qualitative recruitment validation process: phone or in person interviews of each candidate, coordination of interviews, reference check, extension of offers and follow-up to candidatesTalent Management in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Management DirectorFollow KPI and productivity of our sales associatesAnticipate succession planning needs and internal mobilities - for both RetailPartner in developing new Recruitment tools in close partnership with Paris HR teamProfileRequirements3-8 Years of experience requiredMust be able to work independently and multitask shifting prioritiesGoal oriented with a strong drive for resultsSense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to anticipate the needs of the businessCreative thinker who is able to come up with outside of the box recruitment strategiesExcellent communication skills and negotiation skillsNatural connector & relationship builderUnderstanding of the Luxury Retail landscapeStrong assessment skills, must be able to articulate assessmentAble to travel as needed5-6 month availabilityAdditional informationAdditional InformationChristian Dior was the designer of dreams.
