Location: Smyrna, GA 30082 (In-Office)Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (w/1 hour lunch)Our client, in the healthcare sector, is seeking a TEMP to HIRE Office Administrative Assistant to play a key role in keeping their office running efficiently and supporting their growing team. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, oversees administrative processes, and collaborates closely with leadership, HR, and other departments to maintain a productive and positive work environment.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize daily office operations, including supplies, filing systems, mail, and inventory. Serve as the first point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate timely resolutions. Partner with HR to onboard new employees, coordinate team-building events, and manage employee engagement activities. Support a positive workplace culture by overseeing guest experiences, front desk operations, and in-person communications. Coordinate with other office locations to ensure consistent administrative processes and support. Plan, coordinate, and oversee office renovations, remodeling, and construction projects; act as liaison with vendors, contractors, and inspectors. Manage space planning and logistics to meet evolving company needs. Conduct internal audits for various departments including Shipping, Patient Engagement, Pharmacy, and others as assigned. Review, negotiate, and approve invoices for payment. Create and analyze patient, provider, and NPS surveys using Qualtrics; present quarterly findings to management and the Quality Assurance Committee. Schedule and organize leadership meetings (BURs), including logistics, catering, and off-site arrangements. QualificationsAt least 3 years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational and project management abilities. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills. #AP123
