In this role, you will support the preparation of bids, tenders, and RFP responses by collaborating with technical, financial, and project management teams. You will work closely with colleagues and managers based in the United States (Eastern Time), ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Utilities One's objectives.This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1+ year in tender/bid coordination or proposal development, ideally in construction or utilities. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with RFP processes in Water, Power, Gas, Telecom, or Energy sectors. Skills: Excellent English communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with international teams and adapt to Eastern Time schedules. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and consistency in documentation and compliance review. Key Responsibilities Tender & Proposal Development: Coordinate and compile tender documents and proposals for infrastructure and utility projects (Water, Power, Gas, Telecom, Energy). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with U.S.-based managers and internal teams to gather technical, financial, and legal inputs. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure tenders meet client, regulatory, and company requirements. Documentation & Editing: Review and format content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Timeline Management: Track opportunities and manage submission schedules to meet deadlines. Market Research: Support market and client research to improve proposal competitiveness.
