Their Osborne Terminal plays a key role in receiving, storing, and dispatching high-quality cement. Safety, efficiency, and teamwork are central to everything they do.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Terminal Operators to join the Osborne Terminal team. This hands-on role involves operating plant equipment, maintaining site operations, and supporting the safe and efficient handling of bulk cement products. You’ll work with a small, skilled team and take ownership of key operational tasks.Key DetailsHours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexibility may be required)Location: Osborne, Adelaide SAPay: $42.81/hr + penalties + superannuationKey ResponsibilitiesOperate plant equipment, including front end loaders, to maximise throughput and meet quality targetsAllocate and supervise contract maintenance providersPerform preventive and minor maintenance routinesMonitor shipments and manage daily stock control of receivable and dispatchable cement productsConduct basic root cause analysis of equipment issuesMaintain a safe and tidy work environmentSkills and ExperienceEssentialFront end loader ticketManual car licenceForklift licenceExperience in terminal operations or bulk loading/unloadingBasic computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, TIS)Strong communication and teamwork skillsDesirable:Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical fieldFirst aid certificateApply NowJoin a skilled team delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality terminal operations.Workfast is a national labour-hire company.
