Job DescriptionAssist in the recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboardingEnsure all HR operations and employee documentation are aligned with UAE Labour Law and company policyMaintain and update employee records (physical and digital) including contracts, visas, IDs, and passportsCoordinate with the PRO for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations (residence, labor card, Emirates ID)Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and manage HRMS or timesheet systemsHandle employee queries regarding policies, compensation, and benefitsSupport payroll processing and coordinate with Finance or external payroll providersDraft and issue HR-related documents (offer letters, warnings, NOCs, employment certificates, etc.
)Assist with performance appraisals and employee training programsPromote a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiativesPrepare monthly and quarterly HR reports as required
