Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to expand our client’s market presence and drive sales within a designated region. This is a dynamic, field-based role that requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with aesthetic clinics, medical practices, and hospitals.The Territory Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the client’s innovative capital equipment, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in competitive environments and excels at consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiation and closing. Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize territory potential. Maintain and expand the existing customer base through exceptional service and relationship management. Gather market intelligence regarding industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers. Provide initial product training and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase awareness and drive product utilization. Represent the client at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and promotional events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system. Qualifications & SkillsProven track record of success in B2B, medical device or capital equipment sales. Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating in a competitive environment. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships. EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
