Realtime prides itself on fostering a team-oriented culture and a dynamic work environment, where team members are set up to make meaningful contributions across the organization.Position Summary:REALTIME is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships within the assigned territory. This field-based, quota-carrying role is responsible for new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts through face-to-face selling and strategic prospecting. You'll own your territory end-to-end, build long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment, with quarterly commission payouts tied directly to territory revenue and new customer acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth and expand agent and customer participation in Realtime’s programs and servicesProactively identify and secure new business within the assigned territory through consistent prospecting and lead generationGrow active participation by increasing product adoption and usage at existing Authorized Agent locationsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with Authorized Agents, store owners, managers, and staff to foster long-term loyaltyRegularly visit client locations to introduce new products, train staff, and promote sales opportunitiesMaintain a “hunter” mentality—close deals while providing high customer service and support levelsCollaborate cross-functionally to align field efforts with internal goals and deliver value to clientsConduct monthly business reviews with agents, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase participation and revenueEnsure all activity is accurately documented in the CRM system, including visit notes, performance metrics, and opportunitiesAssist Finance with collections and support back-office processes as requiredProvide timely and accurate weekly/monthly reporting on agent status, visit activities, sales performance, and participation trendsAdapt quickly to changes in market conditions, product updates, and scheduling needsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside or territory sales with a strong record of growing participation and driving resultsBackground in wireless, payment processing, retail distribution, or subscription-based services preferredProven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalismSelf-starter who excels in high-pressure environments and can manage multiple priorities independentlyTechnically competent with PCs, hardware, and peripherals—capable of basic troubleshooting in retail environmentsExcellent communication skills—both written and verbalExperience in merchants’ services or financial services is a plusBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredValid driver’s license and reliable vehicle requiredWilling to travel quarterly by car or plane to remote territory locationsConsistent and dependable attendance is essentialSalary Range: $50,000- $70,000/Yr. + Quarterly commission payouts based on territory revenue growth and new customer acquisition, in accordance with the company's written commission plan. Our compensation structure considers various geographical markets within the United States. The base salary for this role reflects the typical expected earnings.
