We have continued to deliver leading-edge finance solutions through a unique combination of teamwork and technology.From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Test Analyst to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans. Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.Our aim is to take the service we offer to the next level, to push the boundaries of what’s available, and to create great customer experiences consistent with our values. Does that sound like something you’d like to be part of?As Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role to:Ensure that the product or system works as intended — by systematically validating that it meets functional and non-functional requirements.Identify defects or risks early — so issues can be fixed before they reach the end user, saving time, cost, and reputation damage.Provide clear, reliable information about quality — by executing test cases, logging defects, and reporting results to stakeholders so they can make informed release decisions.Advocate for the end user — by testing from the perspective of how real users will interact with the system, ensuring it’s usable, reliable, and fit for purpose.Support continuous improvement — by providing feedback to developers and product teams, contributing ideas to make processes, automation, or test coverage better over time.Key skills required;Understanding of the software testing lifecycle Experience with test design techniques and test execution.Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of test management tools (Jira)Ability to read and interpret requirements/user stories critically.Basic SQL and API testing knowledgePractical experience working within a software testing environment is essential — including experience of test design, execution, defect management, and reporting within a structured development lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).So, why would you want to work here?We have a great working environment and we’re an ambitious business.
