Test Lead

Work setup: 1-2x RTO a month Qualifications:·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience·         Minimum 8 years of IT business experience, with at least 5 years in Quality Assurance and 2 years of audit or assessment or other relevant experience·         Experience in testing large-scale enterprise products/applications (for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization)·         A track record of leading and developing strong teams·         In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Methodology·         Strong understanding of quality engineering and testing functions·         Demonstrated proficiency in Software Testing applications and tools (e.g.,Azure DevOps)·         Experience in Integration Testing and Data Migration Validation·         Proficiency in Database Management Systems (e.g.,MySQL)·         Salesforce Testing experience is a plus
