Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled TOSCA Automation Engineer / Test Lead with strong expertise in test automation, SAP test automation, and multi-stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for test strategy, planning, automation, execution support, and driving business users during testing cycles.Essential Skills (Must Have)TOSCA & AutomationStrong hands-on TOSCA development experience.Ability to work quickly and efficiently with TOSCA automation.Good knowledge of SAP Automation and the ability to overcome technical challenges.Test ManagementExperience in preparing:Test StrategyTest PlansTest Summary ReportsStrong Defect Management skills.Ability to plan testing across multiple projects in a release cycle.Tools & PlatformsKnowledge of GitLab is a plus.Strong knowledge of Octane (ALM) and Jira.Stakeholder & Client ManagementExperience handling multiple clients and vendors.Good communication skills and ability to drive business users through testing phases.Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn new processes and tools.Dutch proficiency is good to have (optional but beneficial).
