Test Manager for Complex IT Project with proven TSO-experience

emagine is looking for a Senior Test Manager with proven experience within nordic TSOs.Summary: The role focuses on overseeing the testing processes for a significant Nordic flow-based program, aimed at enhancing collaboration and coordination within energy market coupling initiatives in a regional context.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate and refine test plans throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee and lead testing tasks to ensure compliance for all stakeholders.Collaborate with Nordic TSO and ENTSO-E groups to align tests with European standards.Execute and oversee tests, tracking progress and ensuring follow-up actions.Provide regular updates on test readiness and any associated risks.Key Requirements:Extensive experience in Nordic and European market coupling projects.Proven test management experience in flow-based testing initiatives.Strong stakeholder management skills.Ability to conduct comprehensive testing including functional and non-functional tests.Experience with capacity calculation processes.Familiarity with Nordic TSOs and/or ENTSO-E interactions.Nice to Have:Background in the Nordic Energy sector.Experience with CCR-level projects.Other Details:Location: Online with required attendance in Copenhagen for workshops and meetings.Project Duration: January 2026 – December 2027 with a 6-month option. (Part time (50%) until April 2026 and then 100% from there on)Language Requirement: All task-related communication in English.
