We’re looking for a passionate Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.What will you do?Define complete and accurate test scenarios based on functional specifications.Perform thorough testing of new functionalities, identify and report bugs.Monitor and ensure timely bug fixes.Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities.Create well-structured test plans and gather business feedback when needed.Validate fixes after deployment to production.What we’re looking for:Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing (preferably transactional applications).Bachelor’s degree.Familiarity with Agile methodology.Knowledge of MS Office (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), Jira, Confluence.Advanced English (written and spoken).Flexibility to occasionally work on weekends when required.Strong organizational skills, teamwork, motivation, and proactivity.Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal information.Passion for learning and development, open mindset.Nice to have:Understanding of banking products.A sense of humor – it helps us work better and connect as a team!If you want to find out what other jobs we still have available, like Life at BT or what #Culture BT is, you can also access the Bank's career website: https://cariere.bancatransilvania.ro/So, ready to venture into this technological journey?
