Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Position: Testing Lead/ManagerAs Test Manager with Capgemini, you will play a meaningful role in IT Test Delivery both for Functional and Non-functional applications.In this role, you will play a key role in:Understands what testing is, and all the different forms of testing for software projectsCapable of setting up a mini-TMO: setting standards and ways of working, collating test results and producing reportsTesting engagement managementEnable creation of payments technology domain capabilities, both solution offerings and delivery skillsPartner with development managers to ensure projects have a time, cost and delivery plan and deliver high quality software to plan as a result of proactive planning and mitigation of issuesWork closely with Business Analyst to correctly and completely define Business requirementsStakeholder Management, Scope Management, Risk Monitoring and MitigationProject and program level tracking and reporting (including task/ milestone tracking, resourcing, risks and issues, WSR)Implement software quality assurance initiatives for projects within PaymentsAssess the impact of changes on existing business and technology processes as well as other interfacing systemsAdhere to toolsets and procedures and embrace them with their project management skillsPlan and monitor financial budgets, forecasting and metrics to measure project healthManagement reporting including creation, collation and publishing of regional and functional dashboardsCreation and maintenance of SharePoint sitesWork with geographically dispersed teamsCo-ordinate development and implementation of project management best practices to improve overall efficiency and productivity of delivery teamsYOUR PROFILEMinimum 8+ years of experience working as part of Payments Technology solution at an IT company, in the role of Project Manager / Test Manager / Delivery ManagerMust have played a technical lead or Test Manager role for at least 5 years for a full life cycle of application design and development including participation in initial discussion on requirementPrimary skills:Test Management with PMP or equivalent certificationExposure to Payments TechnologyKnowledge of Global Payments Processing like SWIFT, ISO20022, Clearing and settlement systems (e.g. RTP, RTGS, ACH, etc.Should have worked in end-to-end implementation of an IT solution in one of the above Functional areasExperience in Payments products like Finastra GPP, FIS OPF, Volante VolPay ETSpecification:Ability to initiate new project or take over existing projectWork on estimations, planning, scheduling and controlCapable of delivering in a multi-shore model.People ManagementHands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programsHands on experience in Finastra GPP Fusion product testingStrong Test Management skills with at least 6+ years of PM experience working within a Global (time zone separated) teamGood understanding of Banking domainStrong understanding of Test Management concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile and Waterfall)Exposure to HPQC, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent toolsExperience in Test Automation Frameworks & Tools like QTP, LISA, Tosca, Robot framework etc.Experience in NFR test management, Test Environments setup and managementManaged projects on different technology platforms i.e. Legacy (mainframes) or Open systems (.Net, Java, etc), on different Operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)Expertise in using Microsoft Office Project for creating and maintain project plans and MS Office Tool Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)Excellent presentations skills, ability to communicate in a clear and concise mannerAbility to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolutionWork with Shared Services OrganizationsSupport RFI / RFP and support the sales processCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
