If you are a dynamic technician who loves working in RMA and repairing and debugging servers, then make Supermicro the next step in your career!Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInspect, test, and troubleshoot all products from our assembly lineAssist test engineer/supervisor to diagnose and identify root causes for failed systemTest and identify defective area(s)Execute ECO, BIOS, and FW upgradesAdhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality requirementsWork efficiently in a fast paced production environmentAdhere to company and Production departments policies and proceduresPerform other duties, as assigned by supervisorQualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience in system troubleshooting preferredBasic knowledge of PC, System and Server operationFamiliarity with operation systems (windows / linux)Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughnessSolid communications skills both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated team player with a positive attitudeStrong work ethicStrong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughnessSolid communications skills both verbal and writtenProficient in English reading and writingEEO StatementSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
