Factory Director

The job purpose is responsible for overseeing the deployment and execution of rehabilitation and new construction projects for the company. Accountable for the overall operation of the factory, including the development of the annual operational plan aligned with company objectives and cross-departmental strategies. Ensure effective implementation of the plan through daily operational management and continuous coordination. A. Key Responsibilities: Manage external contractors and ensure smooth handover from both foreign and local contractors. Prepare technical requests, conduct technical evaluations, and recommend suppliers for new projects.

Ensure the plant is fully prepared for production equipment installation, including checking and controlling the quality of power and auxiliary systems to meet project requirements as directed by the Board of Directors. Lead the implementation of assigned projects and support the development of the operations team. Prepare the annual capital expenditure (CapEx) plan for the factory and ensure effective implementation of the approved program. Oversee production activities to deliver high-quality products with cost efficiency, aiming to meet or exceed customer expectations (both internal and external). Ensure compliance with quality management standards and uphold the company’s brand integrity.

Recommend optimal project implementation schemes to minimize investment costs. Enforce labor safety measures to ensure zero accidents at the construction site. Foster team engagement and maintain high levels of motivation across the workforce. B. Job Requirements: Extensive knowledge and expertise in food and beverage manufacturing operations. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Automation, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within dairy production and project management. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and construction systems.

Proven experience in project management with a solid track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrated inspirational leadership and team development capabilities. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Deep expertise in construction quality assessment and surveying. Ability to design, implement, and manage effective production systems. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing technologies and food processing equipment.
