Our comprehensive 2-year Supply Chain Management Trainee Program gives you hands-on experience and knowledge essential to begin a successful career in Finance & Accounting at The Coca-Cola Company. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily planning activity to resolve the imbalance of supply & demand. The key objective of this role is to create monthly/weekly achievable production plans based on available capacity and in line with agreed S&OP volume, insuring uninterrupted supply of concentrates and beverage base to customer. Delegate for Planning Manager when required.

Perform as a power user of Production Planning ModuleOperational PlanningProduce, own and present achievable S&OP to Pakistan CPS Leadership teamPrepare the monthly production plan in agreement with area Managers to meet Customer needsand inventory requirement is accomplished. Evaluate capacity ensure that potential bottlenecks are identified, and necessary action is takenMaster Schedule PlanMonitor the execution of the Production Plan daily with area Managers/Finite Schedulers and communicate in a timely manner any changes that will impact on other functions. Prepare reporting for CPS Pakistan LT on weekly production progress.

Liaise with Vendor Schedulers, Finite Schedulers, QA, Production areas and Customer Services as appropriate. Support weekly schedule to ensure short-term manufacturing needs are agreed and monitored on a weekly basis on formal MPS meeting. Capacity plan is taken into consideration. Prepare capacity planning process to make sure that demonstrated capacity and review critical work centre on regular basisCapacity & productivity factors are reviewed regularly. Process exists and system is updated to reflect current. Process Optimization & Governance Create and maintain SOPs for relevant business areas. Own full complement of MRP II / SCE metrics for Pakistan site.

Prepare and support for Audit and local reporting. Create and maintain appropriate records to effectively track key business indicators for the areas of responsibilityEnsure customer satisfaction by responding to customer complaint/concerns in a timely manner and ensuring corrective actions are followed up and communicated. Improve operating efficiency, plant utilization and packaging rationalization by reducing areas of material wastage and/or line inefficiency. Participate in development of productivity enhancements for the operations and warehouse areas. Inventory PlanningResponsible for finished goods as well as the corresponding ingredients’ inventory policy.

Make sure that long term and short-term plan is align with the policy setting. Monitor planning parameter setting for all items to ensure that all system requirements and constraints such are current. Monitor the Pareto analysis on planning parameter change. Ensure high accuracy on route of material. Warehousing & logistics Responsible for driving inventory counting accuracy & helping team perform counts as and when required as per process. Managing & planning inbounds & outbounds inline to capacity optimization. Helping team drive best in class GMP in warehousing operations.

Responsible for ensuring storage conditions are met as per standards & supporting P&L manager with improvements in operations. Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in management, Supply Chain, or related field from a reputable universityPreferred cumulative GPA of 3. 0 or aboveExperiencePrevious experience /Internship or other practical experience in a FMCG industry preferred.
