Job description: Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. Control and monitor guest satisfaction to ensure high standards of service and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure exceptional guest service, managing and resolving guest complaints effectively. Supervise room assignments, room occupancy, and availability. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Train and mentor staff, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards of service. Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements where needed. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience Room Division Manager. System Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Opera Fidelio systems. Language Skills:
Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Personality: Positive, approachable, and able to inspire a team.
