Scope of the roleWe are seeking for dedicated hospitality profesionals to support the day to day operations of the F&B department. ResponsibilitiesFinishing the presentation of the buffett items. Setting up and refiiling the breakfast buffet when needed. Greet guests and seat them at their table. Answer any question regarding the buffet items. Follow all health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards ensuring that the kitchen and the restaurant are clean and tidy. Operate basic kitchen machinery such as warm up oven and dish washer. Deliver welcome amenities to the rooms.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Report to the F&B supervisor. Prepare and serve food, drinks and beverages on the evening shifts. QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Food safety and sanitation knowledge. Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
