Lead live and pre-recorded training sessions on social media best practices and storytelling. Social Strategy & ExecutionCollaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop social playbooks and asset packs. Guide customers in creating impactful, community-driven content while tracking participation and optimizing performance. Program ManagementOversee cross-functional coordination with Community, Policy, Marketing, PR, Legal, and agencies. Manage reporting, budget tracking, and agency deliverables to support the execution of programs. Event Planning & ExecutionPlan and execute local Los Angeles-based events to engage customers, manage logistics and post-event storytelling, and coordinate mixers, showcases, and platform update briefings in collaboration with internal teams.
