Position SummaryThe Food & Beverage Manager will manage all Concession Team Members, supervise the concession dining areas including front and back of house team members, and all aspects of concessions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Oversee daily operationsHire, train, mentor, supervise and evaluate staffOpen and close the kitchenBudget and monitor weekly food and labor costsMonitor quality controlMonitor salesGenerate daily and monthly financial reports as well as inventory reportsManage inventory and order kitchen supplies as necessaryResearch new food and beverage productsCreate new menu and marketing ideasManage supply invoicesSet up vendor accountsMeet with food vendors and make decisions on productsCommunicate with sales representatives and suppliersInspect equipment and food deliveriesCoordinate kitchen equipment installationEvaluate health and safety practicesRecord information about inventory and health practicesHandle customer complaints and suggestionsOrganize and manage cateringCoordinate with other managers for special events and partiesComplete special projects and daily assignments as directed by General ManagerResponsible for the sale, marketing, coordination, planning, execution and evaluation of all non-tournament special eventsManage special event budgetEnsure that all special events have signed contracts, certificates of insurance and paid deposits prior to arrival Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 21 years oldRequires good communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust have strong leadership skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust be able to work under pressure and be decisiveAbility to motivate team membersMust be able to work well in a group settingMust have strong mathematical skillsMust be able to work irregular shifts to include nights, weekends, holidays as neededProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelWorking Conditions And Physical DemandsMust be able to lift 50 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time indoors and outdoorsFacility has intermittent noiseJob Posted by ApplicantPro
