Job Description

Hulu’s marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to our VP, Subscriber Acquisition and Brand Media. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, efficient, and capable of achieving amazing results in a constantly changing environment. This position is currently based in the Santa Monica offices four days a week, with an expected relocation to the Burbank campus in 2026. Responsibilities: Handle complex scheduling responsibilities, with exceptional attention to the details of calendar management in a fast-paced environmentProvide high-level administrative support to the media department, including coordinating cross-functional meetings, handling contract and billing workflows, assisting with deck presentations, and serving as a point of contact for external media partnersMake travel arrangements and prepare itinerariesPrepare and manage expense reportsCoordinate meetings:

prepare agendas, secure and plan space, facilitate content development, follow up as appropriateAttend meetings, take notes and track action itemsBasic Qualifications:

1+ years of administrative experience in entertainmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressureExceptional communication and interpersonal skills – collaboration skills are essentialA ‘can-do’ attitude, nothing is too large or too small and the ability to work effectively under pressureCapacity to engage professionally with associates and managers at every levelStrong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets, Gmail Preferred QualificationsHistorical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film and televisionExperience with entertainment industry professionals both in front of and behind the cameraRequired Education:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experienceThe hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $53,300. 00 to $71,300. 00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
