You’d be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced team that is responsible for working on Disney+ and the Disney Bundle from the routine to the revolutionary. This position will dual report into the VP, Brand and Marketing Strategy and the VP, Global Content Strategy and Operations. Responsibilities:

Manages schedule, calendar and respective departments needs as neededInteracts with internal senior executives and their offices and external partners as neededManages and prepares documents including meeting agendas, presentations, and reporting Occasionally creates presentations using Keynote, Google Docs or MS Office Suite Partners and works extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.

Manages Travel and Expense (including understanding of company expense policies) and creates expense reports and reconciles credit card account as neededMaintains standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documentsPromotes teamwork both internally and externally, works exceptionally well with executives, staff, and external associatesAssists with departmental tasks, including conference room requests, team events, employee recognition efforts, offsites Oversee master schedule of partner communications and portfolio statusProvide strong international coordination to ensure alignment across priority projects, industry categories and best practicesQualifications: 2+ years of experience supporting a high-volume executive BA, BS or equivalent Excellent computer proficiency – Mac & Windows:

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Teams Excellent and professional phone skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly Extremely comfortable working in fast-paced environments Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful and flexible Ability to simultaneously handle individual tasks while maintaining perspective on the bigger picture Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with other executives, assistants, and staff at all levelsExceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneouslyEffective communicator, both verbally and writtenProactive in thinking of ways to improve productivity and efficiencyAbility to be flexible with work schedule.

Some overtime requiredPreferred Qualifications: SAP & Workday experience Entertainment or marketing experience Experience working with international territories and time zones The hiring range for this position in California is $53,300. 00-$71,300. 00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
