Overview:The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately tracking, verifying, and maintaining employee attendance, work hours, and related timekeeping records. This role supports payroll processing and ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling timekeeping systems and attendance concerns.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, record, and validate daily employee attendance and work hoursMaintain and update timekeeping records in the HRIS or timekeeping systemReview and verify overtime, leaves, shift changes, and schedule adjustmentsCoordinate with employees and supervisors regarding attendance discrepancies or correctionsPrepare and submit timekeeping reports for payroll processingEnsure compliance with company timekeeping policies and labor standardsAssist with resolving timekeeping issues or concerns in a timely and professional mannerSupport HR and Payroll teams with data requests and related documentationMaintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee timekeeping recordsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)At least 1–2 years experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or HR operationsFamiliarity with timekeeping systems and HRIS platformsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data managementGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Excel and other office toolsPowered by JazzHRpcrXJMw4Z0
