You will play a key role in supporting our SAP environment, handling incidents, and assisting with continuous improvements. While specific DMS expertise is a plus, we value analytical thinking, customer focus, and a willingness to learn even more.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd level SAP application support in the area of DMS and connected modules.Work with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to track, analyze, and resolve incidents.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve functional and technical issues.Assist in SAP customizing and transport coordination related to DMS functionalities.Support archiving and content management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Participate in testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.Continuously expand your SAP knowledge, especially in S/4HANA and cloud environments.Personal CompetenciesStrong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.High service and customer orientation.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Independent and structured work approach.Willingness for continuous learning in the SAP environment.Required Professional SkillsSolid experience in the SAP ecosystem.Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Nice to Have (Trainable on the Job)SAP KnowledgeExperience with SAP Document Management System (DMS).Understanding of relevant SAP modules (e.g., PLM, MM, PM, FI, SD) at least one, more would be a bonus.Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Private/Public Cloud) would be a bonus.Basic understanding of SAP customizing and transport management.Technical SkillsPerfect would be: Experience with content server and archiving systems (e.g., OpenText, EASY, KGS, Saperion).First Knowledge of document format interface handling.First Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud technologies.Why Syntax?Become a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
