Job Description

Position: HR & Recruitment OfficerLocation: Limassol, CyprusWork model: on site during probation, hybrid 3 days a week in office following successful probationEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: base salaryDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple platforms. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and provide regular updates on progress. Support daily HR administration such as maintaining employee records, contracts, and documentation. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Assist with employee benefits administration, including insurance matters. Maintain accurate HR databases, reports, and compliance documentation. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support HR-related projects. Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor legislation. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1) strong proficiency in written and spoken communication. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 24 years of professional experience in HR and/or recruitment. Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices within the local market. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Previous experience in fast-paced industries (e. g. , financial services, fintech, call centers) is an advantage. Must already have work authorisation to work within Cyprus.
