We work closely with international agencies and clients to deliver seamless, culturally rich, and professionally managed tours and events.Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tours Operations Manager to join our team in Marrakech. This on-site role is pivotal in managing all aspects of tour bookings and operations. You will be the key point of contact between our UK-based agency, international clients, and local suppliers across Morocco.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all tour bookings from inquiry to execution.Maintain direct communication with clients and our UK agency partner.Coordinate with Moroccan suppliers (hotels, transport, guides, venues) to ensure smooth operations.Monitor logistics and resolve operational issues promptly.Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, and operational documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.Support budgeting and cost control for each tour.Requirements:Master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.Fluency in English is mandatory.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Familiarity with Moroccan tourism products is a plus.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth within a leading DMC.Competitive salary and benefits.Language Requirement: English (mandatory)
