About the RoleWe’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to grow TP-Link’s enterprise business in Azerbaijan, focusing on consultants, contractors, and project-driven opportunities. This role requires strong relationships within the enterprise ecosystem, especially in infrastructure and large-scale developments across the country. What you will do? Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business development with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and enterprise clients in Azerbaijan. Build a strong pipeline of enterprise and government projects. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the Azerbaijan market. Ensure TP-Link enterprise solutions are specified in key projects and infrastructure developments.

Conduct workshops and product sessions to promote TP-Link enterprise solutions among consultants and system integrators. Maintain strong market knowledge, monitor competitor offerings, and provide market feedback to internal teams. Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and product teams. Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports for management. What talent do you bring? Qualifications and preferred skills: Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar. 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in networking/IT infrastructure. Strong network of consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders in Azerbaijan. Deep knowledge of enterprise networking products (switches, access points, management software). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team. Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is a plus). Experience working with large projects or public sector contracts.
