Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责与设计工程师紧密合作，确保技术方案的可行性和风险可控，并一起完善DFMEA，Control plan等技术文件。 2. 明确每个项目的目标、里程碑，确保每个成员或团队在规定时间内完成相应任务。 3. 负责新设计项目对外沟通及翻译工作。 4. 完成领导安排的其它工作。 职位要求： 1. 本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，其中2年以上团队管理经验，有塑胶件、电路板、五金、CCS、电池板、装配相关行业经验优先考虑。 有制作DFMEA, CONTROL PLAN的工作经验。 3. 英语可以与国外客户直接交流。 4. 积极主动，有责任心，有良好的学习态度，能适应公司工作环境。 5. 熟练使用设计软件：如：Auto CAD，SolidWorks 或其它3D设计软件 。
