We constantly innovate and break the rules of the highly complex travel industry to make travel more widely available for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone.As a TPP Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with key third-party suppliers, consolidating our presence in the local market and leading a team of account managers.This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Egypt, Algeria or Jordan.Job Responsibilities:Analyzing the competitiveness of the Middle East and Africa suppliers of the hotel inventoryMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess supplier success and improvement areasHolding regular meetings and calls with suppliersImproving commercial and payment conditions with suppliersParticipate in internal projects, ensuring supplier results, deadlines, and qualityInteracting with the Tech department by improving the suppliers' representationSupporting the Customer Support team and suppliers in organization of the internal processes by incidents resolution (overbookings/kick-outs)Requirements3+ years of experience in the travel industry within the hospitality sector, managing communication and agreements with third-party hotel suppliersSolid understanding of how API integrations impact operational performanceExcellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural, remote teamsStrong analytical mindset; confident in data-driven decision-makingAbility to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities with minimal supervisionProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environmentHands-on experience working with API-connected suppliers and platforms (e.g., TravelgateX, Juniper, Derbysoft)Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or GrafanaAdvanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Arabic; other languages are a plusAvailability to travel occasionally for supplier visitsBenefitsFlexible schedules and opportunity to work remotelyAmbitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow togetherInternal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilitiesPartial compensation for participating in external training and conferencesCorporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the worldCorporate prices on hotels and travel servicesMyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensationLearn more about our data protection practices in our Privacy Policy: https://emergingtravel.notion.site/recruitment-privacy-notice.
