We work closely with public institutions, port authorities, and development partners to shape strategic infrastructure investments and regional integration agendas in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Trade Infrastructure Policy Analyst based in Buenos Aires to support policy diagnostics, regional connectivity research, and infrastructure advisory projects. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in trade facilitation, port logistics, and macro-regional infrastructure initiatives, especially within MERCOSUR, the Atlantic trade corridors, or Latin American development programs.The analyst will contribute to technical reports, stakeholder consultations, and regulatory assessments that support investment strategies for trade corridors and logistics ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research on infrastructure gaps, logistics trends, and trade corridor developments in Southern Cone and Latin AmericaSupport drafting of corridor competitiveness reports, policy briefs, and investment prioritization frameworksAnalyze customs procedures, intermodal connectivity, and public-private logistics partnershipsMap regional trade agreements and regulatory environments impacting freight movement and infrastructure planningCollaborate with global teams on strategy documents and institutional assessmentsPrepare materials for consultations with DFIs, port operators, and trade ministriesQualificationsDegree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics2–5 years of experience in infrastructure strategy, logistics advisory, or trade policy consultingFamiliarity with MERCOSUR, Latin American infrastructure programs (e.g., COSIPLAN, CAF, IDB initiatives)Strong research and policy writing skillsExperience working on donor-funded programs or regional cooperation projects is a plusEnglish proficiency requiredApplication ProcessInterested applicants should submit a CV and short cover letter via LinkedIn.
